Booking is simple! Start by filling out our contact form with your travel preferences. Once we’ve discussed your ideal journey, you can secure your spot by providing a deposit.

Each trip package includes accommodations, curated itineraries, expert guides, and unique experiences tailored to your group’s interests. Additional amenities may vary based on the trip.

After your deposit is made you are REQUIRED to make equal monthly payments on your vacation, until the balance is paid in full. If you need to make a different payment arrangement, please let me know and we can discuss this on a case by case basis. 

We provide a detailed packing list and travel guide tailored to your specific itinerary, so you’ll know exactly what to bring for a seamless and enjoyable experience.

We understand the importance of catering to dietary needs. Please inform us of any special requirements when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you throughout the trip.

Our cancellation policy provides flexibility and clarity. Please review our policy at the time of booking for details on any fees or conditions associated with cancellations. Some curated group trips may be 100% non-refundable due to the nature of the contracted rates. Trip cancellation insurance is the only means of receiving reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses should you cancel your trip for any reason, whether voluntarily or as a result of MLM Dream Destinations.  If you need to reschedule/make changes (less than 30 days before departure) you will be subject to a $100 rebooking fee that has to be paid prior to making any changes. This is in addition to whatever fees the airlines/hotel charge.

Participants in our group trips span various ages, but generally, our travelers range from their mid-20s to early 60s. We welcome adventurers of all backgrounds and experiences!

You're welcome to join our group trips solo! Many of our travelers prefer to explore independently while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow adventurers throughout the journey.

Absolutely! Our trips are open to all, regardless of gender. We celebrate diversity and welcome everyone to our luxurious travel experiences.

Double occupancy refers to accommodations where two travelers share a room. If you’re traveling alone and prefer a private room, single occupancy options may be available at a supplementary cost.

While we do not directly handle visa applications, we can provide guidance on entry requirements and suggest resources to help you obtain any necessary travel documentation.

If you’re unable to make a scheduled payment, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We understand that circumstances can change, and we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

If your roommate fails to make their payment, you will be responsible for finding a new roommate or covering the additional cost for the room occupancy change. We advise careful consideration when selecting roommates.
